1.  Grant Writer

 

DSA now needs a full-time grant writer to raise significant funds for a range of programs designed to help reduce needless road deaths, especially among young drivers. Experience is essential.  The programs -- in order of current importance from the DSA perspective -- are:

  • Western New York

  • National for the USA

  • Global

2. Traffic Safety Program

 

We are currently seeking a suitable individual to help us develop a comprehensive road safety program in the five counties of the Niagara Frontier Region of Western New York, aimed at senior school students and other young drivers.

 

Ideally, candidates will have a traffic-oriented law enforcement background, significant experience in other aspects of road safety, or strong personal reasons for wishing to be involved in this type of work.

Volunteers

 

We are continually seeking volunteers to help us in various ways with the task of reducing the incidence of crashes for young drivers.

 

Did you know that over 10,000 young adults, under the age of 25, are killed each year on America's roads? At both regional and national level, we hope significantly to help combat this dreadful situation.

 

Primarily, we are seeking people who live in Western New York but as we expand our geographical needs will also expand, so if you live further away please don't hesitate to contact us and discuss possibilities.
